Stéphane Dion (ministre de l'Environnement, Lib.): Monsieur le Président, je peux assurer mon honorable collègue que nous travaillons de très près avec toutes les provinces et que nous serons capables d'annoncer très prochainement d'excellents projets dans les différentes provinces afin de réduire les gaz à effet de serre.
