Les actions seront axées sur : - l'universalisation de la formation continue, à travers deux objectifs : développer la sensibilité des agents productifs vis-à-vis du besoin de formation continue et faciliter l'accès des entreprises à cette formation. - l'amélioration de la qualité de la formation, ce qui signifie tant l'adéquation de ses contenus aux nouveaux environnements productifs, qu'un système d'apprentissage dynamique et flexible.
Measures will focus on: - continuing training for everyone, with two goals, i.e. to develop awareness on the part of everyone involved in production with regard to the need for continuing training and to facilitate access for companies to such training; - improvement of training quality, which means tailoring training content to new production environments and establishing a dynamic and flexible learning system; - organisational improvements to support the entire process.
