Aux fins de l’article 12, la Commission est assistée par le comité de l’organisation commune des marchés agricoles, institué par l’article 229, paragraphe 1, du règlement (UE) nº 1308/2013 du Parlement européen et du Conseil et, en ce qui concerne les produits agricoles transformés, par le comité des questions horizontales relatives aux échanges de produits agricoles transformés ne figurant pas à l’annexe I, institué par l’article 44, paragraphe 1, du règlement (UE) nº 510/2014 du Parlement européen et du Conseil . 2. For the purpose of Article 12, the Commission shall be assisted by the Committee for the Common Organisation of the Agricultural Markets, established by Article 229(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council , and, as regards processed agricultural products, by the Committee on horizontal questions concerning trade in processed agricultural products not listed in Annex I, established by Article 44(1) of Regulation (EU) No 510/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council .Those Committees shall be committees within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), the words and expressions used in the provisions of the Food and Drug Regulations that are incorporated by reference by these Regulations shall have the meanings assigned to them by these Regulations, but if no meanings are assigned, they shall have any meaning assigned to them by the Food and Drug Regulations.
