L’initiative Inspire vise également à promouvoir la réutilisation mais surtout l’échange et le partage de données entre les gouvernements. En outre, Inspire cherche sans aucun doute à dynamiser le regroupement de nouvelles données pertinentes dans le domaine de l’environnement.
Inspire also seeks to promote the reuse, but above all the exchange and sharing, of data between governments, and, without doubt, to be a driving force behind the pooling of new relevant environmental information.

S'agissant d'autres aspects également couverts par les deux directives précitées, l'initiative INSPIRE progresse plus avant, tout en gardant en ligne de mire les mêmes objectifs principaux. Il n'y a donc pas de conflit ouvert entre l'initiative INSPIRE et les autres directives.
On some other items which are also covered by the PSI or the access to environmental information directives, this directive goes further than the other directives, but remains in line with their main objectives. Hence, there is no obvious conflict between INSPIRE and the other directives.

Les fondements de l'économie demeurent toutefois sains, ce qui m'inspire, et a inspiré au Conseil, un optimisme prudent.
