At its 16th Special Meeting in November 2008, the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) adopted Recommendation 08-05 to establish a new recovery plan for bluefin tuna in the eastern Atlantic and Mediterranean ending in 2022 and replacing the recovery plan adopted in 2006.

La décision de la Commission portant sur le dispositif spécial d’aide de 2003 en faveur de la partie Nord de Chypre a été modifiée le 11 août 2004 (décision C(2004)3030 de la Commission) afin de recentrer le programme d’aide après le résultat des référendums d’avril 2004 en augmentant les fonds affectés à l’aide TAIEX et aux études de faisabilité.
The Commission Decision on the 2003 Special Aid Package for the northern part of Cyprus was amended on 11 August 2004 (Commission Decision C(2004)3030) in order to refocus the assistance programme following the outcome of the April 2004 referenda by increasing the allocation for TAIEX assistance and for feasibility studies.

(b) to determine an aggregate of 180 days of honourable service within the North Atlantic Treaty Organization’s (NATO) area of responsibility, defined as the territory of any of the Parties in Europe or North America, on the Algerian Departments of France, on the territory of Turkey or on the islands under the jurisdiction of any of the Parties in the North Atlantic area north of the Tropic of Cancer, or with forces deployed, on vessels or aircraft of any of the Parties, when in or over these territories or any other area in Europe in which occupation forces of any Parties were stationed, or the Mediterranean Sea or the North Atlantic area north of the Tropic of Cancer, since its beginning on January 1, 1951 and ending on October 19, 2004, to be special service within the meaning of those Regulations;
