Il y a lieu de modifier l’article 31 de l’accord intérimaire afin de tenir compte des nouvelles langues reconnues comme langues officielles de l’Union depuis la signature dudit accord, par l’échange de lettres entre la Communauté européenne et le Turkménistan modifiant l’accord intérimaire sur le commerce et les mesures d’accompagnement entre la Communauté européenne, la Communauté européenne du charbon et de l’acier et la Communauté européenne de l’énergie atomique, d’une part, et le Turkménistan, d’autre part, en ce qui concerne les versions linguistiques faisant foi (ci-après dénommé «échange de lettres») (2).
Article 31 of the Interim Agreement should be amended in order to take into account the new official languages of the Union since the signature of the Interim Agreement, by the Exchange of Letters between the European Community and Turkmenistan amending the Interim Agreement on trade and trade-related matters between the European Community, the European Coal and Steel Community and the European Atomic Energy Community, of the one part, and Turkmenistan, of the other part, as regards the authentic language versions (‘Exchange of Letters’) (2).
