Par conséquent, il convient que les redevances fixées dans le présent règlement se fondent sur une évaluation des estimations et prévisions de l’Agence concernant sa charge de travail et les coûts y afférents, et sur une évaluation du coût des travaux effectués par les autorités compétentes des États membres qui agissent en qualité de rapporteurs et, le cas échéant, de corapporteurs, conformément à l’article 61, paragraphe 6, et à l’article 62, paragraphe 1, du règlement (CE) no 726/2004 ainsi qu’à l'article 107 sexies, à l'article 107 undecies et à l'article 107 octodecies de la directive 2001/83/CE.
Therefore, the fees set out in this Regulation should be based on an evaluation of the Agency’s estimations and forecasts as regards its workload and related costs, and on the basis of an evaluation of the costs of the work carried out by the national competent authorities of the Member States which act as rapporteurs and, where applicable, co-rapporteurs in accordance with Articles 61(6) and 62(1) of Regulation (EC) No 726/2004 and Articles 107e, 107j and 107q of Directive 2001/83/EC.

10. Le nouvel État membre concerné refuse d'autoriser l'essai clinique s'il n'accepte pas la conclusion de l'État membre rapporteur en ce qui concerne la partie I du rapport d'évaluation pour l'un des motifs visés au paragraphe 4, deuxième alinéa, du présent article ou s'il estime, pour des raisons dûment justifiées, que les aspects traités dans la partie II du rapport d'évaluation ne sont pas respectés ou lorsqu'un comité d'éthique a émis un avis défavorable qui, conformément au droit du nouvel État membre concerné, est valable pour l'ensemble dudit nouvel État membre.
10. The additional Member State concerned shall refuse to authorise the clinical trial if it disagrees with the conclusion of the reporting Member State as regards Part I of the assessment report on any of the grounds referred to in second subparagraph of paragraph 4, or if it finds, on duly justified grounds, that the aspects addressed in Part II of the assessment report are not complied with, or where an ethics committee has issued a negative opinion which, in accordance with the law of the additional Member State concerned, is valid for that entire additional Member State.
