Les raisons justifiant l'octroi de la dérogation au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg ont été vérifiées, en vu des élections de 2004, par la Commission qui a conclu dans son rapport du 27 janvier 2003[2]que les raisons sont valables et par conséquent, il n'y pas lieu de proposer des adaptations.
The reasons for granting the derogation to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg were verified ahead of the 2004 elections by the Commission which concluded in its report of 27 January 2003[2] that the derogation was justified and that there was therefore no reason to propose any amendment.
