Or, en l’espèce, le Tribunal estime que le refus de l’EPSO de communiquer au requérant la variante du sujet sur laquelle celui-ci a été interrogé est justifié par la nécessité d’éviter, dans le cas où d’autres candidats viendraient également à demander à recevoir la variante du sujet sur laquelle ils ont été interrogés, qu’il soit possible pour ceux-ci, en mettant en commun ces différentes variantes, de déterminer et, par suite, de rendre publics la méthodologie utilisée pour établir des variantes d’un même sujet ainsi que les indicateurs servant à évaluer les candidats.
In the present case, the Tribunal considers that EPSO’s refusal to transmit to the applicant the version of the subject on which he was examined is justified by the need to rule out the possibility, in the event of other candidates also asking to receive the version of the subject on which they were examined, of their being able, by comparing those different versions, to determine, and subsequently make public, the methodology used in order to draw up the different versions of the same subject and the indicators used to assess the candidates.
