With respect to the standards of ethics brought to bear in determining some of the questions that will come before the agency, the bill provides for the incorporation of such standards into the regulations and into the work of the agency, so that, for example, codes of ethics for researchers about what constitutes ethical research, whether developed in Canada or internationally, can be used.
