M. considérant que, le 29 septembre 2009, le chef de la mission d'enquête sur le conflit de Gaza, le juge Richard Goldstone a présenté son rapport de mission au conseil des droits de l'homme, en déclarant qu'à Gaza, Israël avait commis des violations graves du droit international relatif aux droits de l'homme et au droit humanitaire et manqué à ses obligations au titre de la quatrième convention de Genève, actes qui sont assimilables à des crimes passibles de la Cour pénale internationale,
M. whereas on 29 September 2009 the Head of the UN Fact-Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict, Justice Richard Goldstone, presented the Mission Report to the Human Rights Council, stating that, in Gaza, Israel had committed violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law and failed to meet its obligations under the Fourth Geneva Convention, acts that are tantamount to crimes that should be brought before the International Criminal Court,
