Following the request for an exploratory opinion by the British Minister for European Affairs, the European Economic and Social Committee has asked its Single Market Observatory, chaired by Mr Bryan CASSIDY (Group I - Employers, United Kingdom), to draft an opinion entitled "Better Lawmaking", whose rapporteur is Mr Daniel RETUREAU (Group II - Employees, France).
