L'Association canadienne du droit de l'environnement et Écojustice croient fermement qu'il faudrait renforcer la capacité d'application de la LCPE d'Environnement Canada et du public et amender le projet de loi S-212 pour qu'il comporte des moyens d'éliminer les obstacles empêchant une action en protection de l'environnement.
CELA and Ecojustice are firmly of the view that both Environment Canada's and the public's capacity to enforce CEPA should be strengthened and that Bill S-212 provides for amendments that will add tools to assist in the removal of barriers to environmental protection actions.
