INTERET COMMUNAUTAIRE Après avoir considéré l'intérêt général de la Communauté, la Commission a estimé qu'il était conforme à son intérêt à long terme d'éliminer les effets préjudiciables des importations à prix de dumping pour l'industrie communautaire concernée et que les avantages d'une telle protection l'emportaient largement sur les effets à court terme - notamment sur les prix - qui pourraient être contraires à l'intérêt des consommateurs.
COMMUNITY INTEREST After having considered the general Community interest, the Commission concluded that it is in the Community's long-term interest to eliminate the injurious effects of the dumped imports on the Community industry concerned, and that the benefits of such protection clearly outweigh any short-term effects, particularly on price, which could be argued not to be in the interests of the consumer.
