10. réaffirme sa conviction que les personnalités publiques devraient s'abstenir de faire des déclarations qui encouragent ou incitent à la haine ou à la stigmatisation de certains groupes en fonction de leur race, leur origine ethnique, leur religion, leur handicap, leur orientation sexuelle ou leur nationalité; estime qu'il convient de considérer comme une circonstance aggravante le fait que de tels propos haineux soient tenus par des personnalités publiques; réprouve en particulier l'inquiétante prévalence de l'antisémitisme;

Reiterates its belief that public personalities should refrain from statements that encourage or incite to hatred or stigmatisation of groups of people on the basis of their race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation or nationality; believes that if public personalities incite to hatred, the fact that they have a high public profile should be considered an aggravating circumstance; condemns, in particular, the worrying prevalence of anti-semitism;
