Les États membres prennent toutes les mesures qu'ils estiment nécessaires pour faciliter et accélérer la réalisation des projets d'intérêt commun et pour réduire au maximum les retards tout en respectant la législation communautaire et les conventions internationales en matière d'environnement, tout particulièrement en ce qui concerne les projets déclarés d'intérêt européen.
5. Member States shall take any measures they consider necessary to facilitate and speed up the completion of projects of common interest and to minimise delays, while complying with Community law and international conventions on the environment, especially as regards projects declared to be of European interest.
