5. demande instamment qu'il soit mis un terme au processus constitutionnel illégitime actuel et qu'il soit remplacé par une convention nationale pleinement représentative incluant la Ligue nationale pour la démocratie (NLD) et d'autres formations et groupes politiques, en tenant compte de la recommandation du Secrétaire général des Nations unies de le transformer en un processus complet et démocratique propre à conduire à l'élaboration d'une constitution;

Urges a cessation of the current illegitimate constitutional process and its replacement with a fully representative National Convention, including the National League for Democracy (NLD) and other political parties and groups, taking account of the recommendation made by the UN Secretary-General to transform it into an inclusive and democratic constitution-formulating process;
