D'après la notification des autorités allemandes, le prêt en question a un double objet: 30 millions de DM devraient servir à consolider la position financière d'AEG Sachsenwerk, c'est-à-dire à rembourser l'encours des crédits assortis de taux d'intérêt supérieurs à celui du prêt à taux privilégié offert par le Land de Bavière; 15 millions de DM seraient destinés à financer certaines mesures présentées comme des mesures de restructuration.
According to the notification of the German authorities, the soft loan in question is intended for two different objectives: 30 mio DM for consolidating AEG Sacsenwerk's financial position, i.e. to cancel outstanding credits with higher interest rates than that borne by the soft- loan offered by the State of Bavaria; 15 mio DM for the financing of certain alleged restructuring measures.
