The Advisory Committee agrees with the Commission that the notified transaction raises serious doubts that it would lead to the creation of a dominant position (single dominance) in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Norway on the markets for ventilation equipment for critical care.
