La Commission présentera un nouveau plan d’action pour l’administration en ligne 2016-2020 qui comprendra notamment i) la réalisation effective de l’interconnexion des registres du commerce d'ici à 2017, ii) le lancement en 2016 d'une initiative pilote avec les États membres relative au principe d'«une fois pour toutes»; iii) l’extension et l’intégration des portails européen et nationaux afin d'œuvrer à la mise en place d’un «portail numérique unique» en vue de créer un système d’information convivial pour les particuliers et les entreprises, et iv) l’accélération de la transition des États membres vers la passation électronique de bout en bout des marchés publics et l’interopérabilité des systèmes de signature électronique.
The Commission will present a new e-Government Action Plan 2016-2020 which will include (i) making the interconnection of business registers a reality by 2017, (ii) launching in 2016 an initiative with the Member States to pilot the 'Once-Only' principle; (iii) extending and integrating European and national portals to work towards a 'Single Digital Gateway' to create a user friendly information system for citizens and business and (iv) accelerating Member States' transition towards full e-procurement and interoperable e-signatures.
