To clarify how resolution authorities should adjust the contributions in proportion to the risk profile of institutions it is necessary to specify the risk pillars and indicators which should be used to determine the risk profile of institutions, the mechanism for applying the risk adjustment to the basic annual contribution, and the basic annual contribution, as the starting point for the risk adjustment.

5. 5. For each Member State, the Commission shall calculate the difference between the amounts resulting from the adjustments referred to in paragraphs 1 to 4, with the exception of particular adjustments pursuant to paragraphs 2(b) and (c), and the product of multiplying the total amounts of adjustments by the percentage that the GNI of that Member State represents of the GNI of all Member States, as applicable on 15 January to the budget in force for the year following that in which the data for the adjustments was supplied (the ‘net amount’).

In accordance with points 16 and 17 of the Interinstitutional Agreement of 17 May 2006 between the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission on budgetary discipline and sound financial management on 16 April 2010 the Commission adopted the Communication on the technical adjustment of the financial framework for 2011 in line with movements in GNI, including the adjustment of amounts allocated from funds supporting cohesion to the Member States concerned by divergence between estimated and actual GDP for the period 2007-2009 , by which it informed that a positive adjustment is necessary for the Czech Republic of EUR 237 045 801 and for Slovakia of EUR 137 711 534, to be shared in equal amounts in 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Il convient d’ajuster le montant maximal de l’aide aux oliveraies visé à l’article 110 decies, paragraphe 3, du règlement (CE) no 1782/2003, en fonction de la valeur du coefficient visé à son annexe VII, point H, ainsi que de la rétention appliquée au titre du paragraphe 4 dudit article, notifiées par les États membres concernés, et d’ajuster en conséquence les plafonds nationaux fixés à l’annexe VIII. The maximum amount of aid for olive groves referred to in Article 110i(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003 should be adjusted according to the value of the coefficient referred to in Annex VII(H) and the amount withheld under Article 110i(4), notified by the Member States concerned, and the national ceilings set in Annex VIII should be adjusted accordingly. No amount should be fixed for Member States that have decided to set at 1 the coefficient provided for under Annex VII(H).

6.2. La vérification de la relation qui existe entre les deux points est considérée comme satisfaisante pour la position assise en considération si les coordonnées du point H sont situées dans un rectangle longitudinal dont les côtés horizontaux et verticaux ont 30 mm et 20 mm respectivement et dont l'intersection des diagonales est située au point R. A condition que ce soit le cas, le point R est utilisé pour l'essai et, si nécessaire, le mannequin est ajusté pour que le point H coïncide avec le point R.
6.2. The checking of the relationship between the two points shall be considered satisfactory for the seating position in question, provided the H point coordinates lie within a longitudinal rectangle whose horizontal and vertical sides are 30 mm and 20 mm respectively, and whose diagonals intersect at the R point. If this is the case the R point shall be used for the test and, if necessary, the manikin shall be so adjusted that the H point coincides with the R point.
