IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Le plan de gestion pluriannuel [règlement (UE) 2016/1139] ne couvre pas les stocks de saumon. Par conséquent, l’obligation de débarquement pour ces stocks devrait continuer à être mise en œuvre par l’adoption de l’acte délégué distinct fondé sur l’article 15, paragraphe 6, du règlement (UE) n° 1380/2013.
The multiannual management plan (Regulation (EU) 2016/1139) does not cover the stocks of salmon, therefore for this stocks the landing obligation should continue to be implemented by adoption of the separate delegated act based on Article 15(6) of Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013.

(9) Afin de renforcer l'efficacité de la mise en œuvre du plan, et de permettre d'agir de façon plus ciblée en fonction des spécificités de chaque stock de saumon en rivière, il convient que les États membres concernés soient habilités à établir le taux de mortalité par pêche du saumon, les totaux admissibles des captures et certaines mesures techniques de conservation applicables dans leurs cours d'eau, conformément à l'article 2, paragraphe 1, du Traité.
(9) For a more effective implementation of the plan and in order to allow for a more targeted response to the special characteristics of each salmon river stock, Member States concerned should be empowered to lay down the level of the salmon fishing mortality rate, the total allowable catches and certain technical conservation measures in their rivers in accordance with Article 2(1) TFEU.
