Ms Knoppers: We see the ethics office I am talking about the interim governing council when I say " we" as finally providing Canadians with a central clearinghouse for dissemination and transfer of information, and with the ability to have a hands-on approach to some of the work that already exists in this country or some other countries and international agencies.
