Nonobstant les dispositions prévues à l'article 2 de l'annexe VIII, le fonctionnaire entré en service avant le 1er janvier 2014 qui reste en service après l'âge auquel il aurait acquis le droit à une pension d'ancienneté a droit à une majoration supplémentaire de 2,5 % de son dernier traitement de base par année travaillée après cet âge, sans que le total de sa pension puisse excéder 70 % de son dernier traitement de base au sens, selon le cas, du deuxième ou du troisième alinéa de l'article 77 du statut.
2. Notwithstanding Article 2 of Annex VIII, officials who enter the service before 1 January 2014 and remain in service after the age at which they would have become entitled to a retirement pension shall be entitled to an additional increase of 2,5 % of their final basic salary for each year worked after that age, provided that their total pension does not exceed 70 % of the final basic salary within the meaning of the second or third paragraph of Article 77 of the Staff Regulations, as the case may be.

Notwithstanding Article 2 of Annex VIII, officials who enter the service before 1 May 2004 * and remain in service after the age at which they would have become entitled to a retirement pension shall be entitled to an increase in the percentage of their basic pension for each year worked after that age, provided that their total pension does not exceed 70 % of final basic salary within the meaning of the second or third paragraph of Article 77 of the Staff Regulations, as the case may be.

Toutefois, le montant de cette pension ne peut en aucun cas dépasser le montant du premier versement de la pension d'ancienneté auquel l'ancien fonctionnaire aurait eu droit si, demeuré en vie et ayant épuisé ses droits à l'une ou l'autre des indemnités susvisées, il avait été admis au bénéfice de la pension d'ancienneté.
The amount of the widow's pension shall in no case, however, exceed the amount of the first payment of the retirement pension to which the former official would have been entitled assuming that, had he stayed alive and exhausted his rights to one or other of the abovementioned allowances, he would have been entitled to a retirement pension.

Toutefois, en cas d'admission à la retraite d'ancienneté ou d'invalidité d'un fonctionnaire ou autre agent auquel il aurait été fait application du paragraphe 2 premier tiret antérieurement à son départ du service et à l'égard duquel l'application des tableaux en vigueur au 30 juin 1979 aurait permis de liquider des droits à pension d'un montant net supérieur au montant net résultant de l'application des tableaux entrés en vigueur le 1er juillet 1979, la liquidation du montant à servir à l'intéressé s'opère conformément au paragraphe 1 sous b).
3. However, where a retirement or invalidity pension becomes payable to an official or other servant to whom the first indent of paragraph 2 has been applied before he leaves the service and to whom application of the tables in force on 30 June 1979 would have given a net pension higher than the net amount obtained from the tables that entered into force on 1 July 1979, the amount to be paid shall be calculated in the manner prescribed by paragraph 1 (b).
