8. se félicite des efforts continus consentis par les autorités bulgares en vue d'honorer les engagements qu'elles ont pris dans le domaine de la justice et des affaires intérieures et des mesures déjà prise pour combattre la criminalité organisée et la corruption ainsi que pour mener à bien la réforme de la justice; souhaite que des mesures, telles que le développement et l'amélioration de la formation des enquêteurs de la police en relation avec la phase préjudiciaire, l'amélioration de la coordination de la stratégie anticorruption entre les organes concernés, et le renforcement des compétences institutionnelles des services d'inspection au sein de l'administration publique, soient mises en œuvre avec rigueur de façon à produire des résultats tangibles et visibles, parmi lesquels l'inculpation et la condamnation effectives des auteurs de crimes graves;

Applauds the continuing efforts of the Bulgarian authorities to fulfil the commitments made in the area of justice and home affairs and the steps taken to combat organised crime and corruption and to complete the reform of the judiciary; expects measures such as more and better training for police investigators with regard to the pre-trial phase, better coordination of the anti-corruption strategy between the bodies involved and strengthening of the institutional competences of the inspectorates within the public administration to be implemented vigorously and to produce tangible and visible results, including successful indictments and convictions of those engaged in serious crimes;
