Au cours de la séance plénière du 24 février 2014, le Président a annoncé, conformément à l'article 7, paragraphe 1, du règlement, qu'il avait reçu une demande de M. Alexander Mirsky concernant la défense de son immunité parlementaire, en relation avec la procédure susmentionnée.
At the plenary sitting of 24 February 2014, the President announced, under Rule 7(1) of the Rules of Procedure, that he had received a request from Mr Alexander Mirsky concerning the defence of his parliamentary immunity in connection with the abovementioned legal proceedings.
