TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

L’article 18, paragraphe 2, du règlement (CE) no 1260/2001 prévoyait que lorsqu’une cotisation à la production de base était inférieure au montant maximal visé à l’article 15, paragraphe 3, ou lorsque la cotisation B visée à l’article susmentionné était inférieure au montant maximal visé à l’article 15, paragraphe 4, dudit règlement, le cas échéant révisé selon l’article 15, paragraphe 5, les fabricants de sucre avaient l’obligation de rembourser aux vendeurs de betteraves la différence entre le montant maximal de la cotisation en cause et la cotisation à percevoir, à raison de 60 % de cette différence.
Article 18(2) of Regulation (EC) No 1260/2001 provided that when a basic production levy was lower than the maximum amount referred to in Article 15(3) or when the B levy referred to in that Article was lower than the maximum amount referred to in Article 15(4) of that Regulation, adjusted, where necessary, in accordance with Article 15(5), sugar manufacturers were to pay back beet sellers 60 % of the difference between the maximum amount of the levy concerned and the levy to be charged.

This amount shall be calculated by multiplying the indicative amount referred to in paragraph 1 by a coefficient which corresponds to the maximum amount of aid laid down in Article 110i(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003, taking into account, where applicable, the reduction provided for in paragraph 4 of that Article, divided by the sum of the amounts produced by multiplying the indicative aid amount referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, laid down for each category, by the corresponding area.
