Definition: Disorders of adult personality and behaviour that have developed in persons with no previous personality disorder following exposure to catastrophic or excessive prolonged stress, or following a severe psychiatric illness. These diagnoses should be made only when there is evidence of a definite and enduring change in a person's pattern of perceiving, relating to, or thinking about the environment and himself or herself. The personality change should be significant and be associated with inflexible and maladaptive behaviour not present before the pathogenic experience. The change should not be a direct manifestation of another mental disorder or a residual symptom of any antecedent mental disorder.

En cas de modification du contenu de l'une des informations notifiées conformément à l'article 35, paragraphe 2, points b), c) ou d), l'établissement de crédit notifie par écrit cette modification aux autorités compétentes de l'État membre d'origine et de l'État membre d'accueil un mois au moins avant de l'effectuer, pour permettre aux autorités compétentes de l'État membre d'origine de prendre une décision suite à la notification en vertu de l'article 35, et aux autorités compétentes de l'État membre d'accueil de prendre une décision fixant les conditions de la modification conformément au paragraphe 1 du présent article.

In the event of a change in any of the information communicated pursuant to points (b), (c) or (d) of Article 35(2), a credit institution shall give written notice of the change in question to the competent authorities of the home and host Member States at least one month before making the change in order to enable the competent authorities of the home Member State to take a decision following a notification under Article 35, and the competent authorities of the host Member State to take a decision setting out the conditions for the change pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Article.

In the event of change of any particulars communicated in accordance with paragraph 2(b), (c) or (d), a management company shall give written notice of that change to the competent authorities of the management company’s home Member State and of the management company’s host Member State at least one month before implementing the change so that the competent authorities of the management company’s home Member State may take a decision on the change under paragraph 3 and the competent authorities of the management company’s host Member State may do so under paragraph 6.
