Sur ce montant, 2,1 milliards d'escudos seront financés par le budget CECA, conformément à l'article 56 du traité CECA, et 5,14 milliards d'escudos seront pris en charge par le gouvernement portugais, conformément au même article et à la convention bilatérale qui lie le Portugal et la CECA.
Of this amount, 2.1 bn escudos will be covered by the ECSC budget, according to Article 56 ECSC, and 5.14 billion escudos by the Portuguese State under the same article and in accordance with the existing bilateral Convention between Portugal and the ECSC.
