de présenter une révision de la directive 93/109/CE fixant les modalités de l'exercice du droit de vote et d'éligibilité aux élections au Parlement européen pour les citoyens de l'Union européenne résidant dans un État membre dont ils ne sont pas ressortissants, afin que les citoyens résidant dans un autre État que leur État d'origine puissent participer aux élections européennes dans leur pays de résidence; invite les États membres à permettre à tous leurs citoyens de voter aux élections européennes, y compris ceux qui vivent en dehors de l'Union européenne, notamment à l'aide d'une campagne d'information en temps utile;
bring forward a revision of Directive 93/109/EC laying down detailed arrangements for the exercise of the right to vote and stand as a candidate in elections to the European Parliament for citizens of the Union residing in a Member State of which they are not nationals, in order to help EU citizens who are resident in a state other than their own to participate in the European elections in their country of residence; calls on the Member States to enable all their citizens to vote in European elections, including those living outside the EU, particularly by means of an information campaign carried out in good time;

3. In the event of a change in any of the particulars communicated pursuant to points (b), (c) or (d) of Article 35(2), a credit institution shall give written notice of the change in question to the competent authorities of the home and host Member States at least one month before making the change so as to enable the competent authorities of the home Member State to take a decision pursuant to Article 35 and the competent authorities of the host Member State to take a decision setting out the conditions for the change pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Article.

Toute différence de délai devrait être limitée à ce qui est nécessaire et proportionné pour que les informations transmises par l’État membre d’origine puissent être prises en compte en temps voulu afin qu’il soit possible de rejeter une candidature avant la désignation des candidats.

8. En cas de modification de tout élément d’information communiqué conformément au paragraphe 2, point b), c) ou d), la société de gestion notifie, par écrit, cette modification aux autorités compétentes de son État membre d’origine et de son État membre d’accueil un mois au moins avant d’effectuer le changement, pour que les autorités compétentes de son État membre d’origine puissent prendre une décision sur cette modification au titre du paragraphe 3 et les autorités compétentes de son État membre d’accueil au titre du paragraphe 6.
8. In the event of change of any particulars communicated in accordance with paragraph 2(b), (c) or (d), a management company shall give written notice of that change to the competent authorities of the management company’s home Member State and of the management company’s host Member State at least one month before implementing the change so that the competent authorities of the management company’s home Member State may take a decision on the change under paragraph 3 and the competent authorities of the management company’s host Member State may do so under paragraph 6.

Should the content of the information communicated in accordance with paragraph 1(b) be amended, the management company shall give notice of the amendment in writing to the competent authorities of the management company's home Member State and of the management company's host Member State before implementing the change, so that the competent authorities of the management company's host Member State may, if necessary, inform the company of any change or addition to be made to the information communicated under paragraph 3.
