Clause 43 amends sections of An Act to amend the Criminal Code (mental disorder) and to amend the National Defence Act and the Young Offenders Act in consequence thereof,(56) as a result of the proposed repeal of ss. 672.64 to 672.66 of the Code, which are the unproclaimed provisions relating to the capping of dispositions and dangerous mentally disordered accused (see clause 24).
