On est aussi en train de définir les règles du jeu pour le futur et, en ce sens, je crois qu'il serait important que le projet de loi soit réétudié, qu'on reçoive un ensemble d'amendements qui le rende plus acceptable et, à la limite, si jamais l'objectif d'une utilisation honnête des fonds cotisés était atteint, on pourrait toujours considérer si effectivement le projet de loi devient acceptable ou s'il y a encore des éléments à finaliser.
It is also in the process of defining the ground rules for the future and, in this regard, I think it important that the bill be reviewed, that there be a series of amendments making it more acceptable and, ultimately, if ever the goal of legitimate use of contributors' funds is attained, the House could always debate whether the bill was acceptable or whether more changes were required.
