By 26 months after the regulatory approval of capacity calculation regions, all TSOs in each capacity calculation region shall develop a report, subject to consultation in accordance with Article 12, assessing the progressive coordination and harmonisation of those mechanisms and agreements and including proposals.

L'Agence et l'État membre dans lequel le siège de l'Agence est situé concluent un accord de siège après obtention de l'approbation du conseil d'administration, ledit accord comportant les dispositions nécessaires relatives à l'implantation de l'Agence dans ledit État membre et aux prestations à fournir par cet État membre, ainsi que les règles spécifiques qui sont applicables au directeur exécutif, au directeur exécutif adjoint, aux membres du conseil d'administration, aux membres du personnel de l'Agence et aux membres de leur famille dans cet État membre.
The necessary arrangements concerning the accommodation to be provided for the Agency in the Member State in which the Agency has its seat and the facilities to be made available by that Member State, as well as the specific rules applicable to the Executive Director, the Deputy Executive Director, the members of the Management Board, the staff of the Agency and members of their families, in that Member State shall be laid down in a Headquarters Agreement between the Agency and the Member State in which the Agency has its seat. The Headquarters Agreement shall be concluded after obtaining the approval of the Management Board.
