La Commission a estimé que l'aide proposée en faveur des investissements à réaliser sur le site de Leinefelde n'aurait aucun effet sur la production de fibres synthétiques par TDG étant donné que les fibres discontinues nécessaires seraient fournies par des tiers et non par TDG qui ne produit que du fil continu textile et industriel de polyester et de polyamide.
The Commission considered that the proposed aid in support of investments in the plant at Leinefelde would not have any effect on the production of synthetic fibres by TDG because the staple fibre required would be supplied by third parties and not by TDG which only produced polyester and polyamide industrial and textile filament yarn.
