...[+++]e l'introduction d'un instrument peu coûteux, simple, rapide et facile à évaluer et à appliquer, surtout pour les PME, tout en excluant de la protection les substances et les procédés. - une garantie de protection des MU répondant aux conditions de : a) "nouveauté absolue" ; b) "applicabilité industrielle" ; c) "activité inventive" au sens de l'article 56 de la CBE ou, à titre alternatif, avantage pratique/industriel par rapport à l'état antérieur de la technique.
