(6) Si jamais une personne de confession catholique romaine venait à prétendre à la Couronne en vertu du paragraphe (5), le titre de protecteur de la Foi et la fonction de gouverneur suprême de l'Église d'Angleterre seraient transmis à un régent satisfaisant aux dispositions de l'article 3 de la Regency Act de 1937.
(6) In the event of a person of the Roman Catholic faith succeeding to the Crown by virtue of subsection (5), the title of Defender of the Faith and the function of Supreme Governor of the Church of England shall pass to a regent qualifying with the provisions of section 3 of the Regency Act 1937.
