4. demande la mobilisation de l'aide d'urgence indispensable au niveau international et l'adoption des mesures d'ordre économique et financier nécessaires pour contribuer à la reconstruction indispensable des régions frappées et à la relance de l'économie mozambicaine, très durement affectée, compte tenu notamment de la dette extérieure mozambicaine;

Calls for the mobilisation of essential international emergency aid and the adoption of economic and financial measures to assist the reconstruction of the affected regions and the recovery of the Mozambican economy, which has been hit so hard, in particular in view of Mozambique's foreign debt;
