23. constate que la marge préférentielle de 39 EUR/ tonne qui pourrait être accordée par les accords sur le commerce des bananes améliorerait considérablement la compétitivité vis-à-vis d'autres exportateurs des huit pays d'Amérique andine et d'Amérique centrale concernés et des entreprises transnationales présentes dans la région sur le marché de l'Union; souligne qu'à partir de 2020, les profits pour les pays qui exportent déjà leurs bananes vers l'Union seront patents puisque leurs exportations et les prix payés pour leurs bananes vont augmenter;
23. Notes that the €39/tonne preferential margin ultimately granted by the Agreements on Trade in Bananas will significantly improve the competitiveness on the EU market vis-à-vis other exporters of the eight Andean and Central American countries concerned and of transnational companies operating in that region; stresses that from 2020 onwards the benefits for those countries already exporting bananas to the EU will be conspicuous, as both their exports and the price they are paid for their bananas will increase;
