TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

1. Le statut des fonctionnaires de l'Union européenne (ci-après dénommé «statut») et le régime applicable aux autres agents de l'Union (ci-après dénommé «régime applicable aux autres agents»), fixés par le règlement (CEE, Euratom, CECA) no 259/68 du Conseil , ainsi que les règles d'exécution du statut et du régime applicable aux autres agents, adoptées par accord entre les institutions de l'Union, s'appliquent au personnel de l'Agence.
1. The Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union (‘Staff Regulations’) and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the Union (‘Conditions of Employment’), laid down in Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68 , and the rules adopted in agreement between the institutions of the Union for giving effect to those Staff Regulations and the Conditions of Employment shall apply to the Agency's staff.

To continue to ensure effective implementation of its Judicial Reform Strategy and Action Plan’.
