TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Au niveau européen, le débat sur le futur cadre financier pour l'Union applicable jusqu'en 2013 («les perspectives financières») doit tirer les conséquences de notre ambition dans le cadre de la stratégie de Lisbonne et garantir un soutien aux priorités de celle-ci au sein du futur budget de l'UE.
At a European level, the debate on the future financial framework for the Union up to 2013 (“the Financial Perspectives”) must draw the consequences of our Lisbon ambition, supporting Lisbon priorities within the future EU budget.

Les lignes de référence et les mesures techniques par défaut qui correspondent à ces objectifs seraient applicables jusqu'à ce que des mesures régionalisées soient élaborées et introduites dans le droit de l’Union (au moyen d’actes délégués).
The baselines and default technical measures that correspond to these objectives would be applicable unless and until regionalised measures are designed and introduced into Union law (through Delegated Acts).

In order to ensure a comprehensive and consistent protection of personal data in the Union, international agreements which were concluded by Member States prior to the date of entry into force of this Directive and which comply with the relevant Union law applicable prior to that date should remain in force until amended, replaced or revoked.

2. L'administrateur central veille à ce que les URE délivrées après le 31 décembre 2012 pour des réductions d'émission réalisées jusqu'au 31 décembre 2012 et relatives à des projets dans des pays tiers qui n'ont pas d'objectifs d'émission quantifiés juridiquement contraignants pour la période allant de 2013 à 2020 établis dans le cadre d'une modification du protocole de Kyoto au titre de son article 3, paragraphe 9, ou qui n'ont pas déposé d'instrument de ratification relatif à une telle modification du protocole de Kyoto ne soient détenues sur les comptes SEQE du registre de l'Union que si ces URE se rapportent à des réductions d'émission vérifiées conformément à la procédure de vérification du comité de supervision de l'application conjointe établie dans la décision 9/CMP.1 (ci-après la procédure dite de la «seconde filière» - «track 2 procedure» en anglais) ou, lorsqu'une telle vérification se révèle impossible, s'il a été certifié que ces URE ont été délivrées pour des réductions d'émission ayant eu lieu jusqu'au 31 décembre 2012 par une entité indépendante accréditée au titre de la décision 9/CMP.1.
2. The central administrator shall ensure that ERUs issued after 31 December 2012 in respect of emission reductions taking place until 31 December 2012 and relating to projects in third countries which do not have legally binding quantified emission targets from 2013 to 2020 as set out within an amendment to the Kyoto Protocol pursuant to its Article 3, paragraph 9, or that have not deposited an instrument of ratification relating to such an amendment to the Kyoto Protocol are only held in ETS accounts in the Union Registry where they relate to emission reductions verified in accordance with the verification procedure under the Joint Implementation Supervisory Committee set out in Decision 9/CMP.1 (pursuant to the so-called ‘track 2 procedure’), or, if such verification is not possible, if they have been certified as having been issued in respect of emission reductions taking place until 31 December 2012 by an independent entity accredited pursuant to Decision 9/CMP.1.

This Decision shall apply until the date of entry into force of Union rules amending the amounts of the annual turnover ceilings below which taxable persons may qualify for VAT exemption or until 31 December 2016, whichever date is earlier.

5. THIS DECISION SHALL APPLY UNTIL NEW OPPORTUNITIES ARISE IN ITALY FOR THE IMPORTATION OF THESE PRODUCTS FROM THE USSR OR UNTIL 31 DECEMBER 1980 , WHICHEVER IS THE EARLIER .
