11. souligne, en ce qui concerne les difficultés que l'Ukraine rencontrera pour honorer les engagements qu'elle a contractés au titre de l'accord, qu'il conviendrait de mettre à profit le réexamen des perspectives financières 2007-2013 et de l'instrument européen de voisinage et de partenariat, qui est prévu pour 2008-2009, de façon à renforcer l'aide financière fournie par l'UE à l'Ukraine, qui est actuellement très modeste en termes d'aide par habitant; encourage l'Ukraine à participer plus efficacement aux projets européens;
11. Stresses, with regard to the challenges Ukraine will face when implementing its commitments arising from the agreement, that advantage should be taken of the review of the 2007-2013 financial perspective and of the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument planned for 2008-2009, in such a way as to increase the EU's financial assistance to Ukraine, which is currently fairly modest in per capita terms; encourages Ukraine to participate more efficiently in European projects;
