Le président Juncker a insisté sur le fait que l'Ukraine avait entrepris les réformes demandées et il a affirmé être «convaincu que, en dépit des différences qui opposent toujours certains États membres au Parlement européen, l'UE serait en mesure d'approuver le régime de libéralisation des visas relatif à l'Ukraine avant la fin de l'année».
President Juncker stressed that Ukraine had undertaken the reforms asked of them and that he was "convinced that despite the divergences that can exist between certain Member States and the European Parliament we will be able to grant visa liberalisation for Ukraine before the end of the year".
