L'Ethiopie ayant déjà accepté le plan de l'OUA, l'Union européenne considère que les deux parties ont maintenant la possibilité de régler leur conflit dans le cadre de négociations menées sur la base de ce document qui jouit du soutien de l'Union européenne et du Conseil de sécurité des Nations Unies.
Given the fact that Ethiopia had already accepted the OAU plan, the European Union considers that both parties now have the chance to settle their conflict through negotiations on the basis of this document which has the support of the European Union and of the United Nations Security Council.
