3. L'opérateur concerné indique à son autorité compétente comment et dans quels cas l'exploitation du MTF ou de l'OTF pourrait donner naissance à un conflit entre les intérêts du MTF ou de l'OTF, ceux de son exploitant ou de son propriétaire et le bon fonctionnement du MTF ou de l'OTF.
3. A relevant operator shall provide its competent authority with information on how and in what instances the operation of the MTF or OTF will give rise to any potential conflicts between the interests of the MTF or OTF, its operator or its owners and the sound functioning of the MTF or OTF.
