L'organisateur soumet également aux autorités compétentes une déclaration concernant tout soutien financier qu'il peut avoir reçu ou dont il a pu bénéficier de la part de tout groupe d'intérêts ou de représentants de groupes d'intérêts, pendant toute la période de collecte des déclarations de soutien, afin d'assurer une transparence totale durant tout le cycle de vie de l'initiative citoyenne.
2a. The organiser shall also submit to the competent authorities a declaration of any financial support it may have received or enjoyed from any interest group or representatives of interest groups, throughout the entire duration of the collection of statements of support, so as to ensure full transparency throughout the entire life cycle of the citizen's initiative.
