In cooperation with the Member States, the Commission and the High Representative will: · Work towards a coherent EU International cyberspace policy to increase engagement with key international partners and organisations, to mainstream cyber issues into CFSP, and to improve coordination of global cyber issues; · Support the development of norms of behaviour and confidence building measures in cybersecurity.
