La Commission européenne a interdit, en application du règlement de l'UE sur les concentrations, le projet de concentration entre Aegean Airlines et Olympic Air au motif que l'opération aurait engendré un quasi-monopole sur le marché grec du transport aérien.
The European Commission has prohibited, on the basis of the EU Merger Regulation, the proposed merger between Aegean Airlines and Olympic Air, as it would have resulted in a quasi-monopoly on the Greek air transport market.
