L'opposition libérale votera donc contre ce projet de loi pour les raisons que j'ai mentionnées, mais avant tout parce que nous avons trop de respect pour notre histoire, son étude et son enseignement pour accepter qu'on troque contre elle l'étude et l'enseignement des civilisations qui l'ont modelée.
The Liberals will vote against this bill for the reasons I mentioned, but primarily because we have too much respect for our history, for its study and teaching to have to choose between it and learning about the civilizations our very history is based on.
