Les annexes I à IV du règlement abrogé continuent de s’appliquer jusqu’à l’entrée en vigueur du règlement visé à l’article 27, paragraphe 1, du présent règlement, et l’annexe V du règlement abrogé continue de s’appliquer jusqu’à l’entrée en vigueur des dispositions de l’article 13, paragraphe 1, du présent règlement.
Annexes I to IV to the repealed Regulation shall continue to apply until the entry into force of the regulation referred to in Article 27(1) of this Regulation, and Annex V to the repealed Regulation shall continue to apply until the entry into force of the measures referred to in Article 13(1) of this Regulation.

In the light of the foregoing analysis, since both acts proposed to be repealed lie in the field of common agricultural policy and Council Directive 76/621/EEC is also based on what currently corresponds to Article 114 TFEU, the internal market basis for the approximation of laws, the first subparagraph of Article 42, Article 43(2) and Article 114 TFEU constitute the appropriate legal bases for the proposed Regulation repealing Council Directive 76/621/EEC relating to the fixing of the maximum level of erucic acid in oils and fats and Council Regulation (EC) No 320/2006 establishing a temporary scheme for the restructuring of the sugar industry.

Le règlement (CEE) no 2847/93 est abrogé, à l’exception des articles 6, 8 et 11, qui sont abrogés à la date d’entrée en vigueur des modalités d’application des articles 14, 21 et 23 du présent règlement, et de l’article 5, de l’article 9, paragraphe 5, des articles 13, 21 et 34, qui sont abrogés le 1er janvier 2011.

Regulation (EEC) No 2847/93 shall be repealed, except for Articles 6, 8 and 11, which shall be repealed with effect from the date of entry into force of the rules implementing Articles 14, 21 and 23 of this Regulation, and for Article 5, Article 9(5) and Articles 13, 21 and 34, which shall be repealed with effect from 1 January 2011.

(14 bis) Avant d'abroger notamment l'article 32 du règlement (CE) n° 1/2003, il y a lieu de procéder, parallèlement à la modification dudit règlement, à l'adoption de lignes directrices applicables au secteur des services de tramp, conformément aux articles 81 et 82 du traité, afin de garantir la sécurité juridique et de prendre en compte les caractéristiques spécifiques du secteur, notamment en ce qui concerne les accords d'exploitation en commun.
(14a) Prior in particular to the repeal of Article 32 of Regulation (EC) No 1/2003, the amendment of Regulation (EC) No 1/2003 should be accompanied by the adoption of guidelines for the tramp services sector within the scope of Articles 81 and 82 of the Treaty, in order to provide legal certainty and to take into account the specific characteristics of the sector, in particular for pooling agreements.
