De surcroît, durant une période de transition ne pouvant excéder douze ans, les brevets européens à effet unitaire qui ont été délivrés dans l'une des langues de travail de l'OEB devront également être traduits dans une autre langue de l'Union.
Moreover, for a transitional period of maximum 12 years, European patents with unitary effect that were granted in the EPO's working languages will also need to be translated in another EU language.
